Are you too busy, too tired or just not motivated enough to plan, shop, prepare, cook and clean up? No worries. Chef Andrea’s got you covered. Imagine opening your fridge to several organic, freshly prepared meals and side dishes made to your liking.

Do you have health challenges like high cholesterol, diabetes or obesity and need to begin eating healthier but are unsure how to begin? No worries. Chef Andrea is a Certified Holistic Health Counselor and with the approval of your doctor can customize a meal plan that will help you achieve your wellness goals.

Step 1

After an initial phone consultation we will set up a Personal Health Assessment where Chef Andrea can learn all of your likes, dislikes as well as any dietary requirements and/or special needs. Also included in your Personal Assessment interview is going over the storage of your meals, refrigerator and freezer space & kitchen cookware. Chef Andrea will bring any kitchen gear you don’t have.

Step 2

From there Chef Andrea can design your weekly ‘palate specific’ menus that are delicious and nutritious just for you and your loved ones. We also will discuss the frequency of cook dates. Choices from weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. All meals are created with fresh, mostly organic ingredients. Gluten-Free, Low-Carb, Vegetarian, Vegan, & Lactose Free options are all available for your menu planning.

Step 3

Finally, we will then schedule our first cook date and establish the number of meals and servings you desire.

Pricing:

Fees will range from $200 – $600 and will include the cost of groceries, shopping time, preparation, clean up and/or delivery. Fees are based on the amount of entrées & servings that best suit your individual & family needs. We are happy to tailor a ‘plan’ personally for you.

All meals use the freshest, organic if possible ingredients and are prepared personally by Chef Andrea.
