The main difference between Andrea Tore and other Personal Chefs is that Andrea is also a Certified Holistic Health Counselor with your health in mind first. She uses seasonal fresh ingredients and will omit things like MSG, high fructose corn syrup, hydrogenated oils, artificial dyes, artificial flavors. Andrea’s emphasis is on using whole foods and will customize a meal plan tailored to your nutritional needs. Whether you are interested in losing weight, looking to reduce cholesterol, concerned about being pre-diabetic or all of the above, these are areas where having the right diet are crucial. Andrea will create delicious, nutritious meals that will keep you healthy so your body can thrive.
